❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or a direct refund (based on the payment method).

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
